Pictorial presentation of the Keynote Address delivered by one of the renewable energy experts in the country and the Vice-Chancellor, Sokoto State University, Prof. Bashir Garba, MFR, at the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Associations (Alliance) Conference, hosted by the Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN). The Conference, which has as its theme: Capacity Development In The Renewable Energy And Energy Efficiency Industry; And The Prospects For Green Hydrogen: Issues, Opportunities For Nigeria, took place from 30th November to 3rd December, 2022.

Vice Chancellor's Welcome Message

Sokoto State University, Sokoto (SSU). The University is a State owned conventional degree awarding institution that is dedicated to quality teaching, learning, research and community service. The Institution offers quality undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in a multiple of disciplines. Sokoto State University was officially established in May 2009, but commenced academic activities in October, 2013 (i.e. 2013/2014) academic session with the registration of 800 pioneer students, spread over three Faculties: Social Sciences, Science, and Education. The University has been given approval for the commencement of postgraduate programme which had already started.
